One Call Move

The full list

What's Included — Exactly

Could you do all of this yourself? Absolutely. The point is making one call instead of seventeen. Here's what the coordination covers.

The home sale or purchase

Matched to a vetted, licensed agent — not auctioned. In the Charlotte area and the Carolinas, that’s our home market; anywhere else in the country, a hand-picked local agent through licensed referral. If you want to choose your own, browse our agent directory — same network, self-serve.

The movers

A short list of reputable movers for your route, size, and budget, plus what a fair quote looks like and the red flags (giant deposits, cash-only, no USDOT number for interstate moves). We guide the choice; the contract is between you and the mover — which is exactly how you want it.

Utilities, internet, and the address avalanche

Power, water, gas, internet, trash day — started, stopped, or transferred on the right dates, with the calls made with you or for you. Plus the address-change checklist nobody remembers in full: USPS forwarding, banks, insurance, subscriptions, the DMV deadlines in your new state.

The timeline

One person watching the whole board — closing dates, truck dates, school starts, lease overlaps — and flagging collisions before they happen. This is the piece people don’t know they need until the second week.

The specialists, when the move calls for them

Senior move managers for a parent’s downsizing, estate-sale professionals for an inherited home, junk haulers, cleaners, handymen for the pre-listing punch list — we know who’s good, and we bring them in with your say-so.

Included questions

Is it really free? Where’s the catch?

Really free, and the funding is disclosed rather than hidden: agents pay standard licensed referral fees when a home sale or purchase closes, and some service providers compensate us for connections. Your prices don’t change either way. The catch you should watch for elsewhere — number-selling — is the thing we exist to not do.

Do I have to use everything?

No. Some people want only the agent introduction; some want only the utilities handled; some hand over the whole board. The plan is modular — you pick the pieces.

What don’t you do?

We don’t pack boxes, drive trucks, or practice law. We coordinate the licensed professionals who do — and we tell you plainly when something needs an attorney, an accountant, or a senior move manager instead of us.

What areas do you cover?

Coordination is nationwide. Real-estate matching is strongest in the Carolinas (our home market) and works anywhere in the U.S. through licensed agent-to-agent referral.
